Undergraduate programme "Biotechnology and drug research"

Next to the Department of Biotechnology, Medicinal Faculty of the University of Rijeka, the Institute "Ruđer Bošković" in Zagreb, Jadran Galenski Laboratory in Rijeka and Fidelta in Zagreb are all included in the development and the implementation of the study programme. The study lasts for 3 academic years or 6 semesters, in total credit value of 180 ECTS points. Acquisition of 180 ECTS points allows for the continuation of education at one of the graduate programmes: Drug research and development, Biotechnology in medicine and Medicinal chemistry. The study is based on practice and research based education.
